Who We Are
The Pyramid is a timeless symbol of growth, transformation, and human development—representing rebirth, unity, and harmony from within. Inspired by this meaning, The Pyramid Foundation of Tennessee, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing mental wellness for all.
Founded to enrich the lives of underserved communities in Rutherford County and the surrounding areas, we are committed to educating, empowering, and fostering honest conversations about mental health. Through our three pillars—community, culture, and curriculum—we work to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and break down systemic barriers that prevent individuals from accessing the care and support they deserve. In addition to our programs, we partner with, donate to, and provide grants for organizations that align with our mission and pillars, helping to expand the reach and impact of mental wellness initiatives across the region.
At The Pyramid Foundation, we believe healing begins when shame is replaced with understanding—and when people are provided safe spaces to be seen, heard, and supported.
